Katie Wilson joined our team as a Nurse Practitioner in December 2015. She is based in the Treatment Room at the Surgery. The Nurse Practitioner can deal with the following: - Review & management of long term conditions which includes: Hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, atrial fibrillation, diabetes, stroke/TIA, peripheral arterial disease, asthma, COPD, kidney disease, thyroid, dementia, vascular, rheumatoid arthritis, learning disbility, mental health etc
